231.04 AUTHORITY TO REGULATE VACATION OF STREETS AND ALLEYS.

   (a)   The Manager is hereby authorized to promulgate rules and regulations and to set fees associated with street and alley vacations in the City.

   (b)   Nothing in this section shall diminish the final authority of Council to vacate streets and alleys in the City.
