Wards and Boundaries
EDITOR'S NOTE: Ordinance 30-92, passed October 26, 1992, authorized a boundary line agreement between the City and W.D. and B.A. England. Copies of this ordinance may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
206.01   Establishment.

   206.01   ESTABLISHMENT.
   The City is hereby subdivided into four wards, which are equal in number to the members of Council who are hereafter to be elected from wards according to law. The four wards are created and established in the City and the boundaries set forth are so fixed so that each ward shall contain as nearly as practicable an equal number of inhabitants.

   206.02   FIRST WARD.
   The First Ward shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows: On the north, by the north boundary of the City; on the east, by the east boundary of the City; on the south, by the north boundary of the Penn-Central Railroad right of way; and on the west, by the centerline of Market Street.

   206.03   SECOND WARD.
   The Second Ward shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows: On the north, by the north line of the Penn-Central Railroad right of way; on the east, by the east boundary of the City; on the south, by the south boundary of the City; and on the west, by the centerline of Market Street.
