Benches referring to mean low tide have been established in the City at the following points and the following elevations above mean low tide: The northwest corner of the East Bridge, seat of Bridge Number 48 on the Penn-Central Railway, elevation 1012.511; and the top of the range course on the southwest corner of the Hotel Grand Building at the intersection of Main and Market Streets, elevation 1009.695.
