§ 95.30 PROVISIONS NOT APPLICABLE FOR A TANK CAPACITY OF NOT MORE THAN 1,000 GALLONS.
   The provisions of §§ 95.24, 95.25, 95.26 and 95.27 shall not apply to any fuel oil storage tank with a capacity of not more than 1,000 gallons.
