171.10 ARMED SERVICES DEFINED.

As used in Sections 171.11 to 171.13 "armed services of the United States" means Air Force, Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, Auxiliary Corps as established by Congress, Army Nurse Corps, Navy Nurse Corps, Red Cross Nurse serving in the Army, Navy or Hospital Service of the United States, and such other service as may be designated by the Congress of the United States as included therein.
