761.99 PENALTY.

   (a)   Whoever violates any provision of Sections 761.01 through 761.05 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.

   (b)   Whoever violates any provisions of Sections 761.06 to 761.14 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for a second or any subsequent offense.  Upon conviction of a second or any subsequent offense, in addition to the penalties herein provided, the license then held by the person convicted may be revoked by the Mayor.
