737.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever violates any provision of Sections 737.02 to 737.04 and 737.12 to 737.17 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for the first offense and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for each subsequent offense. Each day of operation without a license shall be construed as a separate offense.

(b) Whoever violates any provision of Sections 737.05 to 737.11 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
