(a) No person, except a charitable organization that has obtained a bingo license pursuant to Section 517.16 shall conduct or advertise a bingo game.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. For a second offense the offender is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
