(a) No person shall hunt by the use of a gun, rifle, pistol, bow and arrow, air rifle or otherwise, or trap on any lands or waters within the City, or by any such means shoot, shoot at, capture, kill or injure any wild fowl or wild animal within the City.
(b) Subsection (a) hereof shall not apply to the City of Eastlake’s designee or to Lake County Game Warden or to his designee.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
