   (a)   Whoever violates Section 383.11, 383.37 or 383.40 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
   (b)   Whoever violates Section 383.07 or 383.12 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
   (c)   Whoever violates Sections 383.24, 383.30, 383.39 or 383.41 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
