375.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. The court may prohibit such violator from riding a bicycle for a period of not more than six months. Whoever violates any provision of this chapter may have his bicycle impounded for a period of not more than thirty days.
