(a) The pedestrian structure erected at the intersection of Stevens Blvd. and State Route 91 shall be used exclusively for pedestrian and non-motored bicycles and tricycles. Pedestrians and operators of non-motored bicycles and tricycles are prohibited from crossing State Route 91 at such intersection by any means other than by the use of the pedestrian structure.

(b) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
