353.03 SIGNS AND MARKINGS; POSTING TIME.
   Within thirty days after the receipt of a notice designating fire zones, the owner of property on which an apartment building or buildings are located or the person having charge thereof shall post such signs and establish such markings as are directed by the Director of Public Safety which shall clearly and distinctly indicate the designated fire zones and the prohibition of parking therein. The size, location and content of such signs and the nature and location of such markings shall be approved by the Chief of the Fire Division and the Chief of Police. No person shall fail to post such signs and establish such markings as required and within the time allowed by this section, unless the Director of Public Safety shall, in writing, extend the time for compliance for up to an additional thirty days for good cause shown. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which failure to post signs and establish markings as required by this chapter continues.
