No person shall park or leave unattended or cause to remain parked or left unattended a vehicle on any street in the City when the snowfall has accumulated to a depth of two inches. After the snow has accumulated to two inches, a snow ban will automatically be imposed upon the City to prohibit vehicles parking on City streets.
