155.26 BOND.

   (a)   The following officers and employees shall give bond securing faithful performance in the amounts listed:

 

Director of Finance            $ 25,000.00 Assistant Director of Finance      25,000.00 Tax Coordinator/Administrator      25,000.00 Mayor                  10,000.00

 

   (b)   The following officers and employees shall give bond for theft and dishonesty as provided by the Northern Ohio Risk Management Association (NORMA) in the amounts as listed:

 

Director of Finance          $ 500,000.00 Assistant Director of Finance      500,000.00 Tax Coordinator/Administrator      500,000.00 Mayor                  500,000.00 All other City officers and employees   500,000.00

 

   (c)   The officers and employees of the City other than the Director of Finance, Assistant Director of Finance, Tax Coordinator/Administrator and Mayor are to be covered by a single blanket for bond in the amounts provided in subsection (a) hereof.
