(a) Any full-time police personnel who has received a training certificate attesting to the satisfactory completion of all law enforcement courses offered towards an associate degree in law enforcement shall receive additional pay in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00) per month.
Any full-time fire personnel who has received a training certificate attesting to the satisfactory completion of all courses offered towards an associate degree in fire science technology or related field shall receive additional pay in the amount of fifty dollars ($50.00) per month.
(b) Any full-time police personnel who has received an associate degree in law enforcement shall receive additional pay in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per month.
Any full-time fire personnel who has received an associate degree in fire or paramedic technology or related field shall receive additional pay in the amount of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per month.
(c) Any full-time police personnel who has receive a bachelor’s degree in law enforcement shall receive one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per month.
Any full-time fire personnel who has receive a bachelor’s degree in fire or paramedic technology or related field shall receive one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per month.
