(a) Upon the voluntary or involuntary termination of employment of any City employee for any reasons, each such City employee shall return to his department director, or to his immediate supervisor, all City property including, but not limited to, his official City ID card, keys related to City property, tools and equipment issued by and/or belonging to the City and all other property items related to his City employment.
(b) The Director of Finance is hereby ordered to withhold final payment to any such terminated City employee, including regular or overtime compensation, accrued sick leave and/or vacation benefits, etc., pending such employee's full compliance with subsection (a) hereof.
