155.13 ABSENCE WITHOUT LEAVE.
   An employee who is absent from duty shall report the reason to his supervisor prior to the date of absence when possible and in no case later than noon on the first day of absence. All unauthorized and unreported absences shall be considered absences without leave, and deduction of pay shall be made for the period of absence. Such absence may be made the grounds for disciplinary action. An employee who is absent for more than three working days without notifying his supervisor shall have his employment terminated.
