155.11 MILITARY LEAVE.
   In accordance with State law, any employee, who presents official orders requiring his attendance for a period of training or active duty as a member of the United States Armed Forces, shall be entitled to military leave without reduction in total income for a period or periods not exceeding a total of thirty-one calendar days in any one year. Such military leave shall be in addition to and may not be concurrent with authorized vacation leave. Any employee who enters extended military service with the armed forces shall be granted a leave of absence without pay to extend until ninety days beyond the termination of such service.
