155.09 PHYSICIAN'S CERTIFICATE FOR SICK LEAVE.
   Upon the expected return to work of any employee from an absence due to personal illness or injury and an issue is raised as to the employee's fitness to perform the required work, prior to and as a condition of his return to work, the employer may require the employee to be examined, by a physician designated and paid by the employer, to establish that he is not disabled from the performance of his normal duties and that his return to work will not jeopardize the health and safety of other employees.
