153.03 RULES; OFFICERS; MEETINGS.

The Community Relations Board shall determine its own rules and shall elect a chairman, a secretary and a treasurer from the members of the Board yearly by a majority vote. The officers so duly elected may be re-elected to successive terms. The Community Relations Board shall comply with the provisions of Chapter 112.
