The Park and Shade Tree Commission shall at all times coordinate its planning and activities with the Planning Commission, it being understood that the powers and duties hereby established shall be in addition to and shall in no way alter, change, restrict or amend powers and duties granted by Charter or ordinance to the Planning Commission.
