131.14 CRIME PREVENTION OFFICER.

There is hereby established a position to be known as crime prevention officer. The crime prevention officer shall operate within the Department of Public Safety, the frame work of the Police Division and be under the supervision of the Chief of Police and Director of Public Safety.
