131.03 SPECIAL POLICEMEN.
   (a)   Special police are to be compensated at the hourly rate provided for special police in Chapter 155 for hours worked.
   (b)   The number of special police shall be determined by the Director of Public Safety. The assignment of men and women to the special police unit shall rest with the Director of Public Safety and be subject to the discretion and control of the Chief of Police.
