127.99 PENALTY.

Whoever knowingly violates any rule or regulation of the Director of Public Service authorized under this chapter shall be, for a first offense, fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00), and for a second or subsequent offense not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00).
