The Director of Public Service is hereby established as the Inspector of Bridges in accordance with Ohio R.C. 723.54. He is directed to perform the function of Bridge Inspector as the functions are described in Ohio R.C. 723.54 and in accordance with the Manual of Bridge Inspection described in Ohio R.C. 5501.47.
