125.06 COPIES OF PUBLIC RECORDS; FEES.

All public records of the City, as defined in Ohio R.C. 149.43, shall be open for inspection at reasonable times during the normal work week. Upon request, a person responsible for public records shall make copies at a cost of five cents (5¢) per 1-side page, and copies will be made within a reasonable period of time.
