125.02 DUTIES OF ASSISTANT DIRECTOR.

   The duties of the Assistant Director of Finance are:

   (a)   Under the direction of the Director of Finance to perform the duties as may be required by the Director as an assistant to the Director.

   (b)   In the absence of the Director of Finance to perform all of the functions and duties of the Director of Finance as required by the laws of Ohio, the Charter of Eastlake and ordinances of Council.
