The Director of Law is authorized to appoint two Assistant Law Director/Prosecutors, subject to confirmation by Council, to perform the duties of municipal prosecutor to enforce all municipal ordinances and state statutes, and to attend municipal board meetings when requested, and to perform such other general duties as are assigned them by the Director of Law.
