All appointees to any board or commission are expected to attend all meetings of that body.
Failure to attend without justifiable excuse for three consecutive meetings is automatic termination of that appointee. The appointee shall thereafter be notified in writing of his termination. The Mayor is to appoint a replacement and where it is required by the Charter and/or ordinance, confirmation of Council is needed.
