107.09 FINANCE DIRECTOR TO BE NOTIFIED OF SUBSTITUTION OR EXCHANGE OF SECURITIES.

The depository shall notify the Finance Director of any substitution or exchange of securities authorized pursuant to Section 107.08. Upon request from the Finance Director, the depository and the Trustee shall each furnish a detailed statement setting forth the face and market values of all securities pledged.
