105.04 THIRD WARD.

   The Third Ward contains all that territory bounded and described as follows:

   Beginning at the southwesterly corporation line of the Village of Timberlake;

   Thence southerly, westerly, southerly, southwesterly, and southerly along the corporation line of the Village of Lakeline to the intersection of Roberts Road;

   Thence easterly along Roberts Road to its intersection with Willowick Drive;

   Thence southerly along Willowick Drive to its intersection with Beach Park Road;

   Thence easterly along Beach Park Road to its intersection with East 357th Street;

   Thence northerly along East 357th Street to its intersection with Roberts Road;

   Thence easterly along Roberts Road to its intersection with Erie Road;

   Thence southeasterly on Erie Road to the intersection of the Eastlake corporation line;

   Thence continuing in a general northerly direction along the corporation line of Eastlake to the northeast corner of the northeast lot on the Robin Drive cul-de-sac;

   Thence northwesterly to a point which intersects an imaginary line which is the northerly extension of the center line of Robin Drive and the center line of Ward Creek;

   Thence generally westerly along the center line of Ward Creek to its intersection with Brook Drive;

   Thence easterly approximately 500 feet;

   Thence northerly to the intersection with an imaginary line which is the westerly extension of Valleyview Drive;

   Thence northeasterly along Valleyview Drive to the eastern right-of-way line of Brookdale Drive;

   Thence generally northeasterly along Brookdale Drive to the intersection of the rear property lines of the lots on the southwest side of St. Lawrence Blvd.;

   Thence northwesterly along rear lot lines of St. Lawrence Blvd. to the intersection of Hillcrest Drive;

   Thence southwesterly along Hillcrest Drive to the rear lot line extension of the lots between Parkway Drive and Bayshore;

   Thence generally northwesterly along rear lot lines on the east side of Parkway Drive to the intersection of Lakeshore Blvd.;

   Thence westerly along Lakeshore Blvd. to a point which is the line extension of the westerly right-of-way of Parkway Drive;

   Thence northwesterly along the westerly right-of-way line of Parkway Drive, and extension thereof, to the low-water line of Lake Erie;

   Thence southwesterly along the low-water line of Lake Erie to the northerly corporation line of the Village of Timberlake;

   Thence easterly, southerly, easterly, southerly, and westerly along the Village of Timberlake corporation line to the place of beginning.
