   The Second Ward contains all that territory bounded and described as follows:

   Beginning at the low-water line of Lake Erie and the westerly corporation line of the City;

   Thence generally southerly along the westerly corporation line of the City to the center line of Vine Street;

   Thence easterly along the center line of Vine Street to its intersection with East 342nd Street;

   Thence northerly along East 342nd Street to its intersection with Eastlawn Drive;

   Thence easterly along Eastlawn Drive to its intersection with East 347th Street;

   Thence northerly along East 347th Street to its intersection with Stevens Blvd.;

   Thence easterly on Stevens Blvd. to the center line of State Route 91;

   Thence northerly on State Route 91 to its intersection with Beach Park Road;

   Thence westerly along Beach Park Road to its intersection with Willowick Drive;

   Thence northerly along Willowick Drive to its intersection with Roberts Road;

   Thence westerly along Roberts Road to its intersection with Lake Shore Blvd.;

   Thence southeasterly, southwesterly and northwesterly along the corporation line of the Village of Lakeline to the low-water line of Lake Erie, the place of beginning.
