The First Ward contains all territory bounded and described as follows:
Beginning in the westerly corporation line of the City at its intersection with the center line of Vine Street, the westerly corporation line of the City of Eastlake being also an easterly corporation line of the City of Willowick;
Thence southerly along the westerly corporation line by various courses to the southerly right-of-way line of the Norfolk and Western Railroad (formerly Nickel Plate Railroad) and a northerly corporation line of the City of Willoughby;
Thence northeasterly, westerly, northerly, westerly, northerly, easterly, northerly along the corporation lines of the City of Willoughby to the intersection of Erie Road;
Thence northwesterly along Erie Road to its intersection with Roberts Road;
Thence westerly along Roberts Road to the center line of East 357th Street;
Thence southerly along East 357th Street to the center line of Beach Park Road;
Thence continuing westerly along Beach Park Road to the center line of State Route 91;
Thence southerly along the center line of State Route 91 to its intersection with Stevens Blvd.;
Thence westerly along Stevens Blvd. to its intersection with East 347th Street;
Thence southerly along East 347th Street to the southerlymost boundary of East 347th Street, also being the southerly right-of-way of Eastlawn Drive;
Thence westerly along Eastlawn Drive to its intersection with East 342nd Street;
Thence southerly along East 342nd Street to Vine Street;
Thence westerly along Vine Street to the place of beginning.
