(a) The City hereby adopts as an official slogan for the City, "Cross Roads of Industrial Lake County".
(b) The administration of the City is hereby authorized and directed to make public the adoption of the slogan and to take whatever steps may be necessary to effect its usage in the official business of the City.
(c) The Eastlake Junior Chamber of Commerce is hereby commended for their activities in the establishment of the slogan and they are hereby encouraged to publicize the adoption of the slogan.
