103.02 DATUM PLANE.

In accordance with U.S. Geological Survey datum, the datum line of the City shall be the cross mark located on the northwest corner on the concrete bridge #LA 283-42A located on State Route 283, 135 feet east of Erie Road, which elevation is 586.353 feet above mean sea level.

This datum plane shall be used as a basis in making all surveys and fixing all grades within the City.
