771.01 LEASE OR RENTAL OF ANY LOW SPEED MICROMOBILITY DEVICE PROHIBITED.

This chapter shall apply to any business offering for lease or rental any low speed micromobility device within the City of Eastlake or for use within the City of Eastlake. No such person or entity shall offer for lease or rental any low speed micromobility device within the City or for use within the City. The device is defined by R.C. § 4501.01(FFF).
