The Council for the City of Eastlake may authorize and appropriate funds for the video recording and publication of the legislative bodies of the City, including the recording of organizational, regular and special meetings of the City Council and any of the committees of Council, and of the Board of Zoning Appeals, Planning Commission and the Economic and Community Development Council. Council is authorized to publish these recordings to www.youtube.com or a similar internet video or steaming platform. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the minutes adopted pursuant Section 111.03 of the Codified Ordinances shall continue to be the minutes of any such public meeting.
