1525.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor as defined by Section 501.99 for the first violation.
   (b)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for a second time shall be guilty of a misdemeanor in the first degree as defined by Section 501.99.
