As used in this chapter, certain terms are defined as follows:
(a) "Dispensing" means any transfer of flammable liquids from storage into approved containers at retail for personal use in such items as portable heaters, lawn mowers, boats, lanterns, etc.
(b) "Approved" means acceptable to the authority having jurisdiction.
(c) "Containers" means all containers of one gallon and larger used for the storage and transportation of flammable liquids from a retail service station to a consumer.
(d) "Flammable liquids" means those liquids as defined in the Ohio Fire Code.
