1521.07 APPEAL.
   Any determination of any administrative official, in applying the regulations promulgated hereunder, that is perceived to be adverse to the rights of any owner of property or any Permit Holder may be appealed to the Board of Zoning Appeals by filing a notice of appeal with the Chief Building Official within five (5) business days of notification by the administrative official that the Permit Holder has not complied with the regulation. The appeal shall be heard at the next Board of Zoning Appeals meeting, but such further hearings may be held as required for the Commission to resolve the appeal. The decision of the Board of Zoning Appeals shall be final within the municipality.
