1517.01 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS.

The regulatory requirements contained in this chapter shall be interpreted as minimum requirements and additional requirements in each category may be required when in the opinion of the Director of Public Safety such additional requirements are necessary to provide for the safety of occupants of rest homes, nursing homes and homes for the aged.
