1505.99 PENALTY.

   (a)   Any person who:

      (1)   Violates any of the provisions of the code hereby adopted; or

      (2)   Fails to comply therewith; or

      (3)   Violates or fails to comply with any order made thereunder; or

      (4)   Builds in violation of any detailed statement of specifications or plans submitted and approved thereunder, or any certificate or permit issued thereunder, and from which no appeal has been taken; or

      (5)   Fails to comply with such an order as affirmed or modified by the Zoning Board of Appeals or by a court of competent jurisdiction, within the time fixed herein; or

   (b)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for a first time is guilty of a minor misdemeanor as defined by Section 501.99. Whoever violates any provision of this chapter the second time is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree as defined by Section 501.99.
