1505.03 INSPECTION; RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   The Chief of the Division of Fire, the Director of the Bureau of Fire Prevention and the members of the Bureau are authorized to enter in and upon any premises, building or structure within the corporate limits of the City for the purpose of inspecting the same to determine if any condition exists that constitutes a fire hazard or which is in violation of the laws of the State and the ordinances of the City relating to fire hazards, fire prevention and fire protection. These authorized inspections shall be made only at reasonable times and in the event entry is denied to authorized personnel, the Department of Law is authorized to proceed before a court of proper jurisdiction for an order to gain entry for inspection purposes.
