Whenever the Chief of Division of Inspections/Chief Building Official finds any structure or premises, or any part thereof, to be in violation of the provisions of this Code, the Chief of Division of Inspections/Chief Building Official shall give notice, as provided in Section 1301.18. In cases where the Chief Building Official or the Building Administrator finds that public health or safety may be at risk or property damage may occur as a result of the violation(s), the reasonable amount of time shall be a minimum of three (3) days. Such delivery or mailing shall be deemed legal service of notice as provided in Section 1301.18.
