1385.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter or any requirement or regulation thereunder is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day such violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense. Any subsequent conviction shall be punished as a misdemeanor of the first degree. (Ord. 2016-034. Passed 6-28-16.)
