1385.05 DELEGATION OF POWERS AND DUTIES.

The Chief Building Official or his authorized representative, Board of Health, Fire Chief and Electrical Inspector may delegate to any other proper qualified officer or employee of their divisions any power or duty invested in them by this chapter.
