1373.04 INSTALLATION PERMIT.

A solar energy system or systems shall require an installation permit issued by the Chief Building Official in all zoning districts of the City. A bond or similar instrument for removal of an abandoned system may be required at the time of construction as a condition of the installation permit. Application for the installation permit shall be on such form as required by the Chief Building Official.
