1371.03 CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT.

A small wind energy system or systems shall require a conditional use permit in all zoning districts of the City. A bond or similar instrument for removal of an abandoned system may be required at the time of construction of the system as a condition of the conditional use permit. Application for the Conditional Use Permit shall be made in accordance with City Ordinances.
