1371.01 PURPOSE.

It is the purpose of this regulation to promote the safe, effective and efficient use of a small wind energy system or systems installed to reduce the on-site consumption of utility supplied electricity upon both private and public owned lands and in all zoning districts within the City of Eastlake.
